Since our company was founded in Jan. 2008, it’s the first entire management book (Including culture, training, routine rules, etc.) with HR & BD combination. Even we have lots of internal regulations, but they are in pieces and can’t form a system; we also have 2 years’ experience to push employee to obey some regulations which paid more attention to the basic contents and formed the initial version for our work management bible.
