Recently, first thing is that I have a lot of ideas about the company's web site past news updating job, second thing is that I was entrusted by a client to arrange the past pictures, so the item is included in the work plan. 

Whether individual or enterprise; Whether from the perspective of future or starting from transport and manage thoughts, when it develops to some stage, it’s necessary to make conclusion and sort out big events, tips, graphic to some extent.

As the work habits of PIONEER, generally we’ll solve the routine problems before the formal work. This strategy often give customers the feeling: we are very professional, actually we paid much time and efforts in advance. We are not naturally good at. Although schedule in advance will rise our cost of human, time and opportunity, we  knowmore clearly that what customers want is the satisfied answer instead of cheap quality products.

This time is also as usual, we regarded PIONEER, ourselves, as the first patient to treat with.

Experimenting on its’ own self, groping and accumulating experience. Since we know our own situation clearly, we can treat people with our sincere heart. As long as we solve the problem ‘really understand customer characteristics’ can we act according to customers’ real needs.

Personal resume and company profile is not only the information on paper: how many companies you have worked in, how many projects you have done, but also your personal quality, work efficiency, work attitude, the coordination ability with team, serious degree and professional skills.
