Visiting to the Raw Material Factory of an Original Brand Manufacture

On July 5, 2016, our design manager, Yalnn Yan and project manager, Ada Quan, who are responsible for the product research and design of our original brand--Liberté Initiale, visited the raw material factory of Qing Pu district to learn about their technology, fabrics, production process, and management and so on. This factory has been established for over 20 years. It also has a good reputation and stable customer resources.

This bag factory has several ways of weaving which can be concluded as follows:

1. Knitted fabrics: mesh, nylon-jersey, plush, cut plush, wear-resistant cloth, KEVLA L LYCRA.

2. Plain weaving fabrics: taffeta, oxford cloth, CORDURA BALLISTIC.

3. Jacquard fabrics: gingham fabric, curtain fabric, LOGO jacquard, bed sheet cloth.

4. Non-woven fabrics: stitch bonded fabric (emphasis on the thickness/code weight/lines/color).

Fabric constructions of plain weaving fabrics, drill weave fabrics and Jacquard fabrics are cross-woven by the warp and weft yarn. The difference of the material, number and ways of weaving between the warp and weft yarn can lead to fabrics of different specifications.

We cannot realize that difference in profession makes one feel world apart until having the chance to know it. Only the ways of weaving so much knowledge lie in, let alone the production of a bag? How many accessories are included? Since we created our own original brand, we know the way is not easy in front of us, what we need is not only a warm heart, but also a humble attitude to learn and a spirit to insist!
