Enterprise Brief Introduction


On Jun. 19, 2007, the first store of Terrior was established in Mei Hua Rd., Pu Dong district, Shanghai. 9 years’ colorful wine road started.


Tsai Xiao Tao is the founder and promoter of the brand who is always insist on the development of the quality and personality of products. In Nov. 2007, Terrior adopted chain mode as their core mode. From 2008 to 2013, Terrior established the chain store one by one, like Wu Jiao Chang shop, Science and Technology Museum shop, Lian Yang Square shop, People Square shop, Gu Bei shop, Xi 'an Birches shop, the CHANNEL ONE shop, North Si Chuan Road shop, Xi 'an Village shop, Xie Tu Road shop, Wu Ding Road shop, Himalaya shop, Moon Star Global Port shop, and separately established the San Ya Terrior and Jing Jiang Terrior. 


From 2012, under the environment that the rapid development of e-commerce has huge impact on the entity retail and the change of economic environment and business environment, the management of Terrior got into a bad condition. Not until 2015, Although Terroir only have Wu Jiao Chang shop, Science & Technology Museum shop, Gu Bei shop, Wu Ding Road shop, Moon Star Global Port shop, Xi 'an Birches shop and the San Ya Terrior and Jing Jjiang Terrior, Terrior is always putting much importance on quality and personality of products. In order to response to the market changes, Terrior began to adopt new business pattern. From 2012 to 2014, Terrior carried out a variety of exploration on business pattern and renovation part of the shops, but all did not have significant effect. Until to July. 2014, Terrior established a simple western-style meal, which regarded the wine sales as the core, promoted the wine consumer experience and provided "eat, drink and bar" individualized life experience. Founded a new experience brand “ SITE﹒山色”, Terrior set up the new chef team, had the food supply chain, founded the central kitchen, integrated the supply of wine. Separately, they did the second renovation to Gu Bei shop, the first renovation to Wu Ding shops and the complete renovation to Wu Jiao Chang shop and Science & Technology Museum shop. It is this new model that fit the market change, actually it fit the essence of experience of products. So as to Terrior was injected with new energy. 


The real change started from Oct. 2015, if the enterprise want to progress, it must keep pace with the development and build perfect management system. Enterprise must shift from family management to enterprise management. So in Nov. 2015, we introduced new management team, until April 2016, the establishment and operation of operation center, marketing center and support center gradually transformed the enterprise management from flat to pyramid management pattern. The enterprise is getting into the leading products and scientific management, cohesion and spread the concept and culture. We are moving forward in our own way.


Over 9 years, Terrior always hold its own principle and never change it. The goodwill of life has not changed. What we think of culture is fixed pattern of living habits, customs habits, moreover the personalized products is entity expression of these habits. When we accept this kind of habit and form this habit, this is the formation of culture, moreover keep this habit is the spread of culture, while an enterprise, which can form culture and spread culture, is beneficial for the majority of people.
