One Shanghai Large Municipal Project Conceptual Scheme Accreditation Council

On Sep. 26, 2016, Company A, which is recommended by our company attend a Shanghai Large Municipal Project Conceptual Scheme Accreditation Council. This project lasted for more than one month from the first tripartite contact to the complement of the conceptual scheme. And both we PIONEER and Company A attached great importance to this golden opportunity which can let us stand out from the same industry.

The companies participated in this bidding are Company A, a Shanghai research institute and a Hong Kong architecture design company. The scoring criteria for this conceptual scheme are as follows: Firstly, these three bidding companies play their project scheme video, present detailed interpretation, answer experts’ questions one by one; Secondly, experts score separately for the three parts. Finally, the highest overall scored company ranks first. If equal scores appeared, experts need to revote again.

After the meeting began, Company A played their video first, and elaborated to the experts’ questions.

After one hour’s elaboration, two global directors and chef designers of Company A talked with Louis about some details of this project scheme outdoors.

While we are waiting for the evaluating result, Joanna, our Project Manager did an interview to Mr. K, of Company A. The questions are mainly about:

1. What are the referring experiences we acquired in the past contributing to this project?

2. As a world famous architecture designer how to cope with the domestic real estate industry which is in downturn?

3. As a predecessor with more than 30 years architecture design experience, could you give some suggestions to the new comers of architecture design?

Although the project scheme of company A did not win the bidding, this experience laid a solid foundation for similar projects in the future.
