The 3rd Training for Tonjoy

On the morning of Dec. 19, 2016, our 3^rd training for the middle-level cadres on sales theory and practice started in the training room of the second floor of the 4S store of Shanghai Tonjoy Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. Louis is primarily responsible for the training content, Joanna for some parts of practice training. This time, we established the Little Puffer Fish Art Troupe as an attempt and added skit performance form in order to help the training to be more vivid and acceptable.

Our training has been highly recognized and paid much attention to by the senior managers of Tonjoy. This time, they invited the shop managers of Hang Zhou Store and Jin Hua Store to make a special trip to attend the training. After that, both sides held a free discussion which involved several aspects such as theory, actual cases and experience communication.

Figure 1 was the 3^rd time rehearsal photo of all participants of the skit in Xu Hui Park in the day before this training (Sunday).
