April 27,2017. Thursday evening. It’s cold in the early Spring.

Tomorrow is Louis the forty-sixth birthday. Due to his busy work in Shanghai these years, he always ignores his birthday. Fortunately, he has two good friends, Anita and Jasmine, they discussed all the details for him and came to celebrated his birthday in his office ahead of time.

Because it’s delightfully cool in the balcony, and we can also appreciate the night scenery of Shanghai, Louis proposed to celebrate in the balcony. Although there’s a little cold, the delicious dinner from Anita, the birthday cake from Jasmine made a sweetness atmosphere. Louis thought he was still 18 years old when he blew out the candles.

After the dinner comes the important part: light the candles, make a vow and have birthday cake.

After he lighted the candles, he made a brief vow. Well, I guess he just hope he can always be 18 years old. Because forever 18 he can leader PIONEER go further and do everything best!

At last, I just want to say the cake is awesome delicious. Sweet but not sickly cream virtually melt on the tongue. I hope after ate the birthday cake Louis can achieve his dreams and I can do the job to the best and make him satisfied.

Anyway it’s a especial perfect and memorable birthday party.

The birthday in 2017 is different than before. Many years ago, I wrote a letter to Mr. Luo the manager of SHUI ON GROUP. I made a reply of his company logo and corresponding poem of it. I can’t remember the writer of the poem, just realize this is an impressive sentence in my study time. Unexpectedly, I can know the meaning immediately without google it after I saw the logo. Maybe it’s just luck in others’ eyes, but it’s my college teacher’s “masterpiece”.

I sincerely hope that I’m strict with my employee today will make a better future for them tomorrow. Maybe in that time, they will understand my purpose.

Probably, I’m always be misunderstood. But until now no one bear me any grudge. Perhaps they forget it, but I rather believe they understand my intention, realize the meaning of working.

A horse's strength will be known by a long distance travel, while a person's heart will be revealed by time.
